Back to back winning days with Kevin Ryan’s SOUND REASON winning a depleted runner affair.

Today’s Selections

Haydock 15.10

A couple of prominent trackers line up in this Class 4 5f sprint.

Miss Nay Never was our penultimate winner on the AW back in March. Has shown best form on that surface and still remains a turf virgin. LTO was 6th of 14 in a decent race at Hamilton where 2nd home Fine Wine rocked up in a Class 2 at York NTO.

However, John Quinn’s charge didn’t find much from a good position and preference is for another tracker who headed her home in that race.

SOUND REASON was noted as a 3yo early last term. Kevin Ryan’s charge stayed on well to win from trap 13 on handicap debut. That was just in front of  recently backed Michael Dods filly, Havagomecca who lost two soft places at the death in that one.

The Hamilton race won LTO by Incandescence looks to have been a decent marker laid down on the back of a full winter break.

Should strip fitter for that and with a preference for those coming off the pace, likely to be doing best at the finish.

Coincidentally both are trained and ridden by the top two trainers and pilots on show this afternoon. Never like opposing Jason Hart but preference is for the shorter priced one with Kevin Stott doing the steering.

There’s a best 11/2 and 4 slots on offer this morning.
