Both yesterday’s selections ran paying places……..we ended up on the wrong Bryan Smart horse as Straightothpoint ran 3rd in the opener what must have given young Harry Russell a marker for his win on Jeany in the next 5f race for a nice 8/1 winner for him. All in all, it was another week of building the profits with the early week winner and four better than wipes yer face places from our 8 bets this week.

Back to today……. not a whole load of interest at Ayr and we’ll take a day off….the speedmeisters views from Fairyhouse are below where David O’Meara takes Lincoln Rocks over for a tilt at the Group 3 Fillies Irish Stallion Farms EBF Brownstown Stakes at 15.30

Vallambrosa showed plenty to work on when runner-up on debut at Limerick last month and, having not been disgraced in Group 3 Company since, she is fancied to capitalise on the return to calmer waters with the promise of better to come. Chocolate Music makes plenty of appeal on paper and can feature, along with Coral Beach.
