A massive boom with our in-play footie bet that a few of you followed and ironically bigger than our largest winning 4 legged bet this season…thank you Harry Maguire and bet365 for the free bet and £400 courtesy of that 16/1 anytime punt:)

Both yesterday’s selections ran paying places……..we ended up on the wrong Bryan Smart horse as Straightothpoint ran 3rd in the opener what must have given young Harry Russell a marker for his win on Jeany in the next 5f race for a nice 8/1 winner for him. All in all, it was another week of building the profits with the early week winner and four better than wipes yer face places from our 8 bets this week.

Back to today……. not a whole load of interest at Ayr and we’ll take a day off….the speedmeisters views from Fairyhouse are below where David O’Meara takes Lincoln Rocks over for a tilt at the Group 3 Fillies Irish Stallion Farms EBF Brownstown Stakes at 15.30

For those on the £1k to £10k challenge, it’s been 3 months of incremental profits…….our bank has grown by over 110% with an ROI of over 40%….current stakes are now £26.05 EW

1.50 Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Fillies Maiden 6f

Timeform Top Rated
102p 7. VALLAMBROSA Joseph Patrick O’Brien Donnacha O’Brien
94 2. CORAL BEACH Aidan O’Brien Seamie Heffernan
71p 3. NIKEANDNEMESIS W. McCreery William James Lee

Analyst’s Verdict:
Vallambrosa showed plenty to work on when runner-up on debut at Limerick last month and, having not been disgraced in Group 3 Company since, she is fancied to capitalise on the return to calmer waters with the promise of better to come. Chocolate Music makes plenty of appeal on paper and can feature, along with Coral Beach.

2.25 Fairyhouse Family Funday Handicap 6f

Timeform Top Rated
82 1. FOCUS OF ATTENTION Joseph Patrick O’Brien Donnacha O’Brien
81 13. VERY SMART Patrick Martin K. J. Leonard (3)
81 8. A LIKELY STORY T. G. McCourt D. E. Sheehy (7)

Analyst’s Verdict:
Focus of Attention shaped well on her first start for present connections when third over shorter at Navan last month, racing on the unfavoured side. She’s one to be interested in on that evidence and is fancied to put up a bold show. Mr Shelby and Forza Libranno are a couple of others to consider.

2.55 toals.com Bookmakers Handicap 7f

Timeform Top Rated
81 2. LADY GODIVA Joseph Patrick O’Brien Donnacha O’Brien
80 7. DANEHILL QUEST Ms Sheila Lavery W. M. Lordan
78+ 3. FEISTY KATERINA Brendan Duke K. J. Manning

Analyst’s Verdict:
Lady Godiva arrives firmly at the top of her game, going close at Bellewstown 3 days ago, and she is fancied to make a bold bid to go one place better. Danehill Quest is feared most ahead of Groovy Jazz.

3.30 Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Brownstown Stakes (Group 3) 7f

Timeform Top Rated
119 4. COULD IT BE LOVE Aidan O’Brien Donnacha O’Brien
115 6. HENCE Aidan O’Brien Seamie Heffernan
113 1. LINCOLN ROCKS David O’Meara Daniel Tudhope

Analyst’s Verdict:
Could It Be Love has made excellent strides forward in a very short space of time this term and this looks a good opportunity for her to resume winning ways. Lightening Quick and Xenobia can also feature.

4.00 Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Maiden 7f

Timeform Top Rated
98 9. SHELANNGA D. K. Weld Declan McDonogh
95p 6. NATIONAL GLORY Joseph Patrick O’Brien Donnacha O’Brien
80p 2. CALDBECK Gordon Elliott William James Lee

Analyst’s Verdict:
National Glory and Shelannga could well emerge as the pair to focus on here, the former narrowly preferred with the longer trip expected to bring about improvement. Caldbeck another likely improver can also feature.

4.30 toals.com Bookmakers Handicap 1½m

Timeform Top Rated
92 3. SMILING ELIZA Gordon Elliott Declan McDonogh
90 2. FAR REACH Joseph Patrick O’Brien Donnacha O’Brien
88 5. BABA BOOM John Patrick Murtagh Ross Coakley (3)

Analyst’s Verdict:
Baba Boom has improved in line with the longer trip of late, scoring readily at Limerick 16 days ago despite not yet looking the finished article. He can defy his subsequent weight rise, with Far Reach and Smiling Eliza next best.

5.05 Free Ice-Cream For Children Today Handicap 1½m

Timeform Top Rated
74 4. BLACK LABEL Adrian McGuinness C. T. Keane
73+ 5. PRESENTING JULIO Gordon Elliott Erica Byrne (10)
72+ 9. TORTHAI AN GHRA Adrian McGuinness R. P. Cleary

Analyst’s Verdict:
Park Row ran well under the circumstances given he did too much too soon when third over further at Leopardstown 17 days ago and he could be worth chancing to build on that run here. Tipperary scorer High Kicker and Presenting Julio can also play their part.
