It’s been a BOOOOM….BOOOOOOOOOM start to the week as our sole selection of the day, ANDOC won at 14/1  to back up Tuesday’s big priced 16/1 winner JACOB’S PILLOW.

For those on the £1k to £10k challenge….our bank has NOW grown by over 187% to nearly £3k with an ROI of over 50%….current stakes are now £35.97 EW

There’s more Goodwood on Thursday with Nottingham , Ffos Las and Epsom in support…..the ‘Glorious Goodwood’ Festival preview magazine, can still downloaded HERE and again there’s Timeform for today’s card below.

We’ve no interest the feature meeting with just Mark Johnston’s Communique a strong looking fancy for the opener (13.50) and more of note at Nottingham. Previous winner – Tallinski goes in the (17.05) and should be looking to follow up, though there’s three of these going under penalties for LTO wins and in just a 7 runner, Tallinski is likely to go under the 4/1 threshold with no EW value.

We’ve one for an earlier race at that meet for members at near double digit odds.

1.50 Matchbook Best Value Exchange Handicap (2) 1m1f197y

Timeform Top Rated
125p 7. AL JELLABY Clive Cox Luke Morris
122p 6. ROCK EAGLE Ralph Beckett Harry Bentley
121 4. COMMUNIQUE Mark Johnston Silvestre De Sousa

Analyst’s Verdict:
Al Jellaby has improved with each start to date and likely has a bigger performance in him yet, particularly now granted a stiffer test of stamina. He gets the nod in the opener. There are plenty of dangers, however, with Communique, New Show and Rock Eagle particularly respected.

2.25 Qatar Lillie Langtry Stakes (Group 2) (1) 1¾m

Timeform Top Rated
119 2. GOD GIVEN Luca Cumani Ryan Moore
117p 13. PILASTER Roger Varian David Egan
117 1. DANCE THE DREAM Marcus Tregoning Hayley Turner

Analyst’s Verdict:
Precious Ramotswe improved tackling this sort of trip at York on her penultimate start, digging deep under pressure. She was far from disgraced in the Lancashire Oaks subsequently and with the return to further an obvious plus, all looks set fair for another big run. Pilaster has made great strides in just 3 runs to date and she is feared most ahead of the most admirable God Given.

3.00 Qatar Richmond Stakes (Group 2) (1) 6f
Timeform Top Rated
119 4. LAND FORCE Aidan O’Brien Ryan Moore 1
18 3. KONCHEK Clive Cox Adam Kirby
117 1. CHARMING KID Richard Fahey Luke Morris

Analyst’s Verdict:
Neverland Rock is progressing with each run, and with this shorter trip likely to be in his favour (no extra late on over 7f at Newmarket last time), he receives the vote. Land Force is highly respected for the Ballydoyle team, while Sabre is the pick of Richard Fahey’s two runners.

3.35 Qatar Nassau Stakes (Group 1) (1) 1m1f197y

Timeform Top Rated
128 1. RHODODENDRON Aidan O’Brien Ryan Moore
124 2. URBAN FOX William Haggas Daniel Tudhope
124 4. BILLESDON BROOK Richard Hannon Tom Marquand

Analyst’s Verdict:
Siding with a classy 3-y-o is usually the way to go in this Group 1 and Guineas-winner Billesdon Brook appeals at a tempting price. She has a cracking record at Goodwood, and a repeat of the form of her Guineas win should see her bang there, while the step up in trip could unlock some improvement. Fellow 3-y-os Veracious and Wild Illusion both have plenty to like about them.

4.10 Telegraph Nursery Handicap (2) 7f

Timeform Top Rated
105 8. WATER DIVINER Richard Hannon Tom Marquand
104p 7. BARRISTAN THE BOLD Tom Dascombe Richard Kingscote
101 1. SHAYBANI Richard Hughes Shane Kelly

Analyst’s Verdict:
Barristan The Bold has shaped promisingly all 3 starts to date, arguably unlucky not to have got his head in front but boasting some strong form nevertheless. His opening mark rates a workable one and he is fancied to come out on top with further progress expected. At likely longer odds, Greenback Boogie also makes some appeal, as does More Than This and Water Diviner.

4.45 Markel Insurance British EBF Maiden Fillies’ Stakes (2) 7f

Timeform Top Rated
94p 3. DEIRA SURPRISE Hugo Palmer Josephine Gordon
86p 1. ACCORDANCE Mark Johnston P. J. McDonald
86p 6. LADY COSETTE Jeremy Noseda William Buick

Analyst’s Verdict:
This can go to a newcomer, with Furious making plenty of appeal on paper and earning the vote before market clues. Mehdaayih and Incharge are a couple of other likely types on debut, while Accordance is likely to build on a promising start at Doncaster for the meeting’s leading trainer.

5.20 Tatler Handicap (3) 5f

Timeform Top Rated
113 2. MARNIE JAMES Iain Jardine Joe Fanning
112 7. LORD RIDDIFORD John Quinn Jason Hart
110 1. GREEN POWER John Gallagher Gabriele Malune (5)

Analyst’s Verdict:
Lord Riddiford is an uncomplicated horse who has really found his feet and could be up to completing the hat-trick. Marnie James created a big impression at Haydock two starts back and that shouldn’t be forgotten in a flash, while Cowboy Solider is open to further improvement and makes up the shortlist.
