Members selection, Remember The Days was done a neck at Ayr yesterday in a race that again cut up badly leaving just 6 runners – the  BOG early 8’s meant a slight profit and another cross bar hit 🙁

Tuesday’s racing sees Ffos Las, Musselburgh & Nottingham – Timeform is below for the former and we have just one members selection who we had a place with LTO.

At Ffos Las, only the field size stops us having a look about Swissal with Charles Bishop up top in the (14.00), he won well at Brighton on penultimate run and LTO hit trouble at the start and could never get on terms despite running his race – further improvement should see him close as one of the two 3yo’s in the field and on around 5’s for those braving the 2 paying places.

For those on the £1k to £10k challenge, it’s been 3 months of incremental profits…….our bank has grown by over 75% with an ROI of over 20%….current stakes are now £22.19 EW

2.00 J Edwards Sellars Investments Handicap (5) 6f

Timeform Top Rated
86 6. SWEET PURSUIT Rod Millman Jason Watson (5)
85§ 1. OPERATIVE Ed de Giles Callum Shepherd
83 5. MOOROVERTHEBRIDGE Grace Harris Hollie Doyle

Analyst’s Verdict:
Sweet Pursuit was perhaps unlucky not to add to her tally last time, short of room at a crucial stage and she can make amends here. Swissal runs his race more often than not and may prove the main threat.

2.30 mintbet.com Bet10 Get10 Welcome Bonus Novice Stakes (4) 7f80y

Timeform Top Rated
95p 2. FOX TAL Andrew Balding Martin Dwyer
85p 6. ELEGANT LOVE David Evans Fran Berry
82p 5. ZOFFEE Tom Dascombe Richard Kingscote

Analyst’s Verdict:
Fox Tal sets a good standard on his debut third at Sandown, and should be well up to winning a race of this nature. Zoffee and Elegant Love also shaped nicely first time up, while newcomers Scat King and Sir Ron Priestley need monitoring in the betting.

3.05 European Breeders Fund Maiden Stakes (5) 7f80y

Timeform Top Rated
83p 3. ANCHISES Richard Hannon Hollie Doyle
72p 8. CARRICKLANE Richard Hughes Shane Kelly
67+ 5. GREAVES Ed Walker Richard Kingscote

Analyst’s Verdict:
Anchises is the obvious pick following a promising Newmarket debut a month ago, and will take all the beating. Montshi looks the best of the newcomers on paper, while Carricklane needs watching in the betting on her return after a lay-off.

3.35 mintbet.com Cashback 2nd To Fav Ffos Las Handicap (6) 1¼m

Timeform Top Rated
75p 4. ADVANCED VIRGO George Scott Joshua Bryan (3)
70? 5. BERGHOLT Tim Vaughan Callum Shepherd
69 3. BIG BAD LOL Ed Walker Richard Kingscote

Analyst’s Verdict:
Unpenalised following his winning handicap debut at Windsor last week, the unexposed Advanced Virgo is difficult to oppose in what is arguably an even weaker race. Avocadeau is preferred to Miniature Daffodil for forecast purposes.

4.10 mintbet.com 100% Casino Welcome Bonus Handicap (4) 2m

Timeform Top Rated
96 1. CAPE CASTER Evan Williams Shane Kelly
94 4. GANG WARFARE Alexandra Dunn Rossa Ryan (3)
94 6. ARTY CAMPBELL Bernard Llewellyn Charles Bishop

Analyst’s Verdict:
Long John Silver got no luck at Kempton recently and, likely to be seen in a better light now faced with a stiffer test, the 4-y-o is the most appealing of these. Souriyan will be a big danger if translating his recent jumps form back to this sphere, while Cape Caster is capable of a bold show off this mark and Sir Pass I Am isn’t one to give up on just yet.

4.40 mintbet.com Best Odds Guaranteed Singles Multiples Handicap (6) 5f

Timeform Top Rated
74 6. MOLLY JONES Matthew Salaman Seamus Cronin (7)
73 1. ELLEN GATES Richard Hughes Shane Kelly
72 7. SPIN TOP William Muir Martin Dwyer

Analyst’s Verdict:
A chance is taken on Silently, who ultimately paid the price for being on the sharp end in what was a strongly-run race at Chepstow last month. She meets the winner of that handicap, Molly Jones, on 7 lb better terms now and is entitled to strip fitter given that it was her first run for 10 months. Molly Jones is in good nick and should be thereabouts once again but Ellen Gates is feared most.

5.10 mintbet.com Home of Refreshing Odds Handicap (5) 5f

Timeform Top Rated
88 3. JASHMA Richard Hughes Shane Kelly
85 1. BLITZ Clive Cox William Cox (5)
85 2. SECRETFACT Malcolm Saunders Charles Bishop

Analyst’s Verdict:
Jashma wasn’t disgraced in a much better race than this at Sandown 3 weeks ago, and this looks a good opportunity for him to get back to winning ways. Secretfact and Blitz are closely matched from Bath and are feared most.
