David Allan came with a well timed run for a short head win on WADE’S MAGIC.

Tim Easterby’s charge does show his best form post-July and could well follow up before the seasons out.

Advised at 6’s in the morning was backed into 100/30.

 

For those on the  2022/23 £1k to £10k Annual Challenge, the bank stands at £1521.17 with current full stakes at £19.01 EW with over a 41% win/place rate. 

The 2023 Turf bank stands at +40.5 pts to 1pt EW stakes with over a 40% win/place rate.

Catterick 16.35

Jackmeister Rudi been backed LTO struggled under claimer William Pyle and the yard remain out of sorts at the moment.

Opposable from trap 1, as LTO, preferring mid-high draws when going soft.

Prefer the chances of another tracker in Tim Easterby’s WADES MAGIC. Has fallen a good way in the handicap and ran H2H with the afore mentioned here getting stuck for room.

Prior run had missed the break at Beverley, but overall has been around the premises from a falling mark.

Going should be no issue and has won here off 60. It’s a course for specialists and this one is 11-2-7 here with best form August/September.
