The big race of the day in terms of handicaps is clearly the Ascot 17.00 Royal Hunt Cup - many of our lower grade C3 types progress for a tilt at this and we've obviously a few we have tracked going in this one. Four meetings to consider and a previous winner, Sheepscar Lad goes in the 15.50 at Nottingham - up against a very impressive LTO winner in Musika. The ground may be a little quick for him stepping up to 6f and the favourite looks the one to beat at lumping prices despite Nigel Tinkler in cracking form and a 40/11 winner yesterday! Read more

The favourite's lost out in yesterday's feature with the Nottinghamshire Oaks going to Charlie Fellow's Mia Tesoro.....Saturday skipping Titi Mafki came home 2nd whilst Willie Haggas's Maid To Remember was sent of favourite and a disappointing 4th, with our tracker horse Company Asset in 5th.
