Nothing to report on from yesterday, albeit our views on the Windsor 17.35 panned out with Bakht A Rawan doing Harlequin Striker quite comfortably in the end - we had a few emails that some of you went with that for an early nibble so well done anyone pulling in a nice profit from that one. The official start to our flat campaign and we awake to Redcar abandoned and an inspection at Windsor so it's looking likely to be a tad quiet on the selections front for the next couple of weeks - please bear with us on that....like we always say, it's a marathon and not a sprint....... Read more

The flat is obviously in its infancy and already there have been plenty of meets gone to the weather already that have negated getting a few in the 'tracker bank'.....we added a few for the Donny Lincoln Meeting, if anyone missed that you can click on that highlighted link to check out our thoughts. Final day of our 'official' NH campaign and it would be nice to sign off with a winner in the 'pin the tail on the donkey' race and get that bank past 100% growth. Our two selections this week haven't managed to place and we will put up two in the race for 0.625% EW bets to end the season.Read more

There's nothing of note at Sedgefield so our main focus today is the Alder Hey (1.45) and the Topham Chase (16.05) for an EW interest bet in the 'pin the tail on the donkey' meeting. Despite it being the last 'official' meet of our NH season and not one we generally focus on with the C1 events, it does give us a chance to have a nibble at bigger prices and scale back the bank oddsRead more

Just Market Rasen today and not a whole load of interest.....the (16.40) is just a 7 runner that Shocking Times looks a solid favourite coming in on the back of a win and having won off this mark before. Cyclop offers some value as a course winner, dropped to a C4 and a claimer up to boot.Read more

Love's Destination gave us no return yesterday, folding tamely 4 out and perhaps we made a false assumption that he would stay the 3 miles? Moving swiftly on:).....there's not a whole lot of runners out this afternoon. The only chase with a significant field is the Hexham (16.25) C5 chase but there's not a lot of quality about that and it's an easy day to pass over and keep the money in the bank.Read more

The last week of our NH campaign and the Grand National meeting will culminate the season and hopefully another couple of winners to drive those profits northwards a tad. We will however post the occasional NH selection through to May as the last 2 weeks in April will be more a watchful brief on the flat. Read more

Exeter's best chase (15.40) is just a 7 runner and it's hard to oppose Tom Lacey's Albertos Dream on his '5-timer' quest and possibly one for you lumpers. It could  also be said of his later runner, Colt Lightening (16.45) who also is a strong looking favourite with his prior race victory franked Read more
